I designed a system with a powerful admin console for staff and a simple voice interface for residents.

The console allows staff to manage the entire property's Alexa experience easily.

  • Staff can drag-and-drop a calendar file (PDF, Excel). Alexa's AI parses it automatically.

  • Staff review and confirm events before they go live to residents.
